COde of conduct

As our client you will: 

  • Treat our staff and any third parties with respect.

  • Refrain from discriminatory comments or actions. 

  • Conduct yourself in an appropriate and professional manner on social media and understand that making discriminatory or inappropriate comments that harass, bully or defame other social media users and/or profiles could result in immediate dismissal of our services.

  • Respond in a timely manner to any form of communication you receive from us. 

  • Provide any requested information or documentation with us as soon as possible. 

  • Promptly inform staff of needs and changes in circumstances in order for us to provide you with the relevant services/information. 

  • Make prompt payment of our service Fees as outlined in clause 5 of our service agreement.
