As our client you will:
Treat our staff and any third parties with respect.
Refrain from discriminatory comments or actions.
Conduct yourself in an appropriate and professional manner on social media and understand that making discriminatory or inappropriate comments that harass, bully or defame other social media users and/or profiles could result in immediate dismissal of our services.
Respond in a timely manner to any form of communication you receive from us.
Provide any requested information or documentation with us as soon as possible.
Promptly inform staff of needs and changes in circumstances in order for us to provide you with the relevant services/information.
Make prompt payment of our service Fees as outlined in clause 5 of our service agreement.
