APPAREL ORDER & RETURNS POLICY

Please read this policy carefully before purchasing our Apparel.
We hope you are happy with your purchase, however should you change your mind refunds will be given up to 14 days from when your order was delivered. Please make sure that you have carefully reviewed your order before finalising your purchase with us. Please be aware that our apparel sizing is unisex, and we advise that you read the full item description before placing your order.
Should you have an issue with your order, please contact us within 30 calendar days of your parcel being delivered. If we do not hear from you within this timeframe, we’ll assume everything is fine with your order. Any order, delivery or item issues must be reported to us within 30 calendar days of receipt. After that, we might not be able to assist you with any problems.

Do you ship internationally?
Unfortunately we are currently unable to ship outside of the UK.
How long will it take to receive my order?
We endeavour to get your item(s) dispatched as quickly as possible, within 24 business hours from receiving your order. All our orders are sent via Royal Mail Tracked 48h with an estimated delivery date of 2-3 Business Days at a shipping charge of £3.99.
What Payment System do you use?
Our payment system is managed via Squarespace Payments. You can pay for your order via various debit and credit cards, American Express, Apple pay, Google pay and more. The payment methods available to you will be shown during checkout.
What is your returns policy?
We hope that you’ll be happy with your order, however if something is not quite right you have 14 days to return your items for a full refund. We can only accept items that are in an unused, unaltered condition and returned with their tags and original packaging. To find out how to return, please follow the steps in the ‘How do I return my items?’ section below.
Unfortunately we do not offer free returns currently, and any shipping fees must be paid for by you.
How do I return my order?
You are responsible for returning your item. Please ensure the return is shipped via a reputable courier service with a tracking service.
To start your return, please email us at hello@varsitynine.com to inform us that you would like to return your items. Please include your order number, details of the item and the reason for your return.
Once we have acknowledged receipt of your refund request, please safely package up your return and ship it back to us at the address included in our email response. Please make sure that your item is sent via a tracked service.
Done! Your parcel is now on its way and ready to be received by us.
When will I receive my refund?
Once we have received your return, you should receive your refund within 10 working days. If you haven’t received your refund in this timeframe, please email hello@varsitynine.com along with your return tracking number, so we can investigate this for you. You refund will be issued via your original payment method.
What if I want an exchange?
If you’d like an exchange, please specify that in your email to us as outlined above in Step 1.) and we will do our best to make sure we can exchange your item for another size or style. If you are exchanging your order for an item of lower value, we will refund the difference. We will try to avoid shipping fees on exchanges, and let you know in advance should your exchange incur a delivery charge.
